ASANTEÉ brand offer an exchange ONLY policy on our items. We encourage that you use the sizing chart before purchasing. If you are still unsure, we are always willing to help customers choose their size by emailing our customer service email info@asanteebrand.com

To be eligible for an exchange we must receive the item 10 days after it has been delivered to you. Please contact our customer service team if you are having issues with sizing. 

ASANTEÈ brand do not cover the shipping fees for items that are returned for an exchange. We encourage customers to keep proof of their postage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned unsuccessfully. We will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s). 

All items will be thoroughly checked upon return. The items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unwashed and still have their tags on. 

Email subscribers receive emails once an item is back in stock.

Please allow 2-4 days processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please email our customer service team straight away if this happens. We will only be able to alter it if your item has not been processed for shipping. Please double check the address you put down before ordering.
